Depending on your area, Royal Mail are taking a little longer to deliver at this time. Delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks,

This doesn’t include weekends or Bank Holidays. thank you for your patience.

This is worst case scenario and is not the same in all areas. 

All products are made to order.

You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as your order leaves our studio. The notification is sent to your email address that was placed on your order.

Clothing orders are all handmade and have a turn around f 4-7 days from the date of your order (please be aware this can extend during busy periods)

Physical orders

Once you have agreed to your proof design (Prints only) your finished order will be sent either the same or next working day. The order will be delivered to your shipping address unless specified otherwise during the time of ordering.

Neither Soap and Honey, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, an act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.

Digital orders

Your digital file will be sent as a high-resolution PDF file which can then be saved onto your own computer, USB stick or external hard drive. This file can be printed either at home on high-quality paper/cardstock or alternatively, you could upload your file to a website to be printed such as helloprint.co.uk
However, if you would like to use a printing service such as PhotoBox or Snapfish we can alternatively provide a JPEG file, please advise when you order your product. For the JPEG image, we will need to know the largest dimensions that you will likely be printed in so that we can have the optimised.

Dispatch times

Orders will usually be sent within 1 working days from your approval (print orders only) This time will increase during busy periods and we ask you to check out delivery page before making your order), alternatively please contact us to discuss rushing your order. Once you have agreed to your proof designs, please between 3-5 working days for delivery for free standard postage or 1-2 working days for 1st class postage.

The completion date is the day we SEND the item you have ordered, NOT the day it will be delivered.

  • Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode
  • You can check that you have the correct postcode by using the Royal Mail’s handy postcode finder available at www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode. To state the obvious, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the Royal Mail’s postcode finder
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct

International orders

Please allow between 7-28 working days for delivery for anywhere outside of the UK and Europe, UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 48.nternational orders are sent International standard, which uses Royal Mail followed by the national postal service of the destination country. Please bear this in mind as some postal services can be quicker than others.
Please note all international tracking numbers beginning with UH are used for our records to confirm delivery of orders and are not trackable through Royal Mail or any other international postal service.

International orders (priority to USA)

Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of collection by our delivery partner DHL. Tracking details will be provided to your account once the collection has been made. to track your order please follow this link https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/
Please note that for all orders which are posted outside of the EU, there may be additional customs fees to pay depending on your countries rules.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay for the delivery of the goods.
