Pocket hug card
Our personalised rainbow pocket hug card is the perfect thinking of you gift to send to your loved one/s during isolation.
Imagine the smile on their face when they open up this personalised card which includes a little pocket hug for them to keep and hold when they are missing you. The wood veneer hug is 4cm in size and can be removed from the card.
The pocket hug card is 15cm x 15cm
You can change the name at the top ie Nana, Grandma and Grandad, Auntie etc
We can send your rainbow card directly yo the recipient and we won’t include any paperwork. Please make sure you enter the correct address at check out as we are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.
Please allow up to 3 working days from your order being placed to your item being shipped.

Turnaround
Our current turn around for prints is 1-3 working days from placing your order to you receiving your proof via an email message. Once you approve the proof your order will be sent via your chosen method ie digital file or printed and posted.
You can choose to prioritise your order for an additional £10.00 this will move you to the top of our design queue and we will have the proof sent to you the same working day (9 am-3 pm)
If you upgrade to same-day proof your print will be sent via the following postal services
Uk customers – Once you approve the proof we will then print and dispatch the print to you using royal mail 1st class service.
U.S.A customers – Once you approve your proof we will print and dispatch using DHL 3-5 day service
All other countries – Once you approve the proof we will print and dispatch using royal mail standard international

Postage
- U.K - Free standard shipping using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
- Europe - Royal Mail standard International please kindly allow 14 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
- U.S.A - DHL tracked and signed 3-5 days service.
All other countries - Royal Mail standard International please kindly allow 21 working days for delivery.
Please note that delays with customs processing within The USA, Australia and New Zealand are out of our control and may add additional time to your delivery.
Shipping Upgrades available at checkout (UK customers)
Royal Mail 1st class - Turn around 1-3 days to receive your proof, once you approve your proof we will use 1st class service to ship your item.
Royal Mail next working day before 12 pm (1-2days) - Turn around 1-3 days to receive your proof. Once you approve your proof we will use next day service to send your order to you.
If you have paid to prioritise your order and paid to upgrade to this shipping service your order will be moved to the top of our design queue and full priority is given to your order - Ideal if you are looking for a special last-minute gift.
All products are made to order.
You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order leaves our studio. The notification is sent to your email address that was placed on your order.
Physical orders
Once you have agreed to your proof design (Prints only) your finished order will be sent either the same or next working day. The order will be delivered to your shipping address unless specified otherwise during the time of ordering.
Neither Soap and Honey, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.

I ordered two different decisions for my parents from the children on the 8th and they’ve both arrived today and absolutely made their day.
