The quickest way to find out where your order is, is to head over your orders found in your account.
UK orders – Remember that tracking information is only availabe & updates once delivery has been made or attempted or if you have paid for a tracked service specifically.
International order – Please note all international tracking numbers beginning with UH are used for our records to confirm delivery of orders and are not trackable through Royal Mail or any other international postal service.
Shipping is a third-party service. Therefore, we have no control over timely delivery, loss, or damage. Any claims of loss or damage should be made to the delivery service.

Note your order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email you received (to the email address linked to your PayPal account, check your junk or spam folders if it’s not arrived).
Please log in to your account, go to ‘my orders’ and then click the ‘Contact us’ button so you can request any changes to details as soon as possible.

If your order is dispatched to the wrong address and it is lost, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.
